Per Se NYC

I've read about the Per Se restaurant in several papers and would really like to visit one day. Thomas Keller's culinary adventure in NY that mirror his famous The french Laundry in Yountville and is suppose to be an urban interpretation of the former.  Mr Keller seems to be a genius when it comes to creating mind-blowing experiences for his customers and is the only American chef with two Michelin 3-star restaurants. He often praises his staff for their excellent skills and for being extremely attentive yet invisible when needed. Together they are constantly aiming for higher standards. Enviable indeed.
