“Start by doing what is necessary, then what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.“ -St. Francis of Assisi

Food & Flowers
I recently read about Australian born chef Skye Gyngell at Petershams Nurseries Cafe, Richmond(right outside London). They were awarded a first Michelin star in January, 2011. I usually don't have any desire to visit those restaurants, been there, done that, but this is a rare exception. She is known for her unconditional love for flavors and freshness and works with seasonal products, creating very simple dishes and mostly from what is growing and flowering around her in their own gardens. The menu changes often, daily or weekly, to best be able to use what's in season. See the recent menu. Skye Gingell was earlier with Condé Nast as Food Editor at Vogue.
If you're not looking for dinner there is also a really pretty Teahouse. And if you, like me, adore flowers and plants, the greenhouse and gardens are a haven. http://www.petershamnurseries.com

Fashionable Stays for Fashionistas
Who wouldn't like to stay in one of the many hotels designed by famous fashiondesigners/fashionbrands? If one loves fashion, that is. The newest one on the block is Maison Martin Margiela or La Maison Champs Èlyssées in Paris. This fashion project is a collaboration between the existing hotel and MMM. It is very glamorously located behind Avenue Montaigne, one of Paris's most luxury streets. Home to both Dior and Chanel. In other words, the place to hang. Needless to say more.

Vuitton's wonders
Louis Vuitton's pre-fall collection shows dark, musty colors and the brand's usual high-class touch. I think the winter-coat with it's mix of fabrics is 2 die 4... Want!

Late night buzz
So, managed to advanced quite a bit on the dress. Funny that my energy always kicks in late. The only thing I've learned so far is to take advantage of it. Change? Don't think I'm able...really doing the best I can under the circumstances.
